About me as a teacher
I am Wil Wainwright, and I offer in-person drum lessons in Sussex together with a range of online drum lessons.
I currently teach over 50 students in person on an average week. This is split between Ardingly College and my private drum Studio on Morehouse Farm in Wivelsfield. I am CRB/DBS checked and tailor my lessons to the individual so that the lessons are both fun and productive. I have also worked with students with various learning difficulties and has the patience to work with any of his students’ needs.
I offer graded music work through the Rockschool syllabus, to those that require or desire. They are fully accredited and as a bonus earn UCAS points from grade 6 and above – click here for more info. So far, I have achieved a 100% success rate with my students, with most achieving either a merit or a distinction.
